there was no resterant to eat in, evening meal... only breakfast

Friendly staff. Comfortable rooms. Very convenient for Tiergarten and great walk into Mitte.

Some noise from stairwell in end room, but quiet at night.

Location; well laid-out & equipped and clean room with large windows; nearby grocery store open until 24h on weekdays and Saturday

Street in front of the hotel was noisy due to heavy traffic when windows are left open.

Excellent breakfast, though it was not included in my booking

Excessively hot bedroom, on the top floor. I had to sleep in the nude, without any covering.

The hotel is very near the U-bahn. Very convenient. Kids stay for free with parents. This is also excellent. I also like the coffee making facilities provided in the room. Postcards of Berlin sold in the hotel are the cheapest in town.

Die Lage - der Oper direkt gegenüber, in der wir zur Premiere waren

Da ich mit meiner Mutter (90 Jahre) in einem Doppelzimmer geschlafen habe, wäre ich gern gefragt worden, ob es ein Doppelzimmer mit getrennten Betten sein soll. Dass dem nicht so war, stellte ich erst nach dem Auspacken fest.

Sehr schöne und moderne Zimmer, Flexibilität dass wir das Zimmer bis 15:00 Uhr behalten durften, damit wir nach dem Marathon eine Dusche nehmen konnten.

Trotz Wunsch nach Nichtraucherzimmer wurden wir in ein Raucherzimmer gesteckt.
