Being a 'music themed' hotel, they give you a filled ipod to use on the dock in your room, also free internet access. Very stylish hotel. Really good breakfast, staff try hard to please. |

The Aria is in a very good location away from the crowds but only a 3 minute walk to the Tram line. You can also reach the Old Town with a lovely 15 minute walk across Charles Bridge. The atmosphere of the hotel is very good with all the staff making you feel very special and welcome. There were no tea making facilities in the room which would have been nice after a long day touring the city. However, the hotel did offer tea and coffee in their lounge. |

Everything! The customer service of the staff is outstanding. Very different from a lot of other hotels in Europe. I've stayed at the Aria before (and other Prague hotels in the past), and the Aria is my preferred hotel whenever in Prague. |

Good location, nice roof terrace The double beds have only one comforter. Two have two (smaller ones)would make a big difference. The suite was spacious, but had no view at all. |

The experience was fab, the concierge was brillant, very helpful and great advice with young children. The in house music and video library was also great. The food was beautiful, fresh, tasty and very reasonably priced. All in all, its a great hotel, specially with small children, extremely friendly staff and everything runs like clock work. |

The staff were all really friendly, helpful and efficient. The room was very disappointing. I wondered if it had possibly been converted from a corridor. It was narrow with windows either side, one side being opposite the lifts in the other wing not far away. Hence it was very difficult to have much privacy.I admired the way the hotel had managed to fit in all the furniture, but it meant it required pretty good co-ordination for two people to move around it. I looked at some of the other rooms and they were fine.Our stay was not helped by the phone ringing at 6.00am Sunday morning. The only way the hotel could guarantee this did not happen again was to cut off the line so we could make no out-going calls either. |

Hotel super ! Très propre et confortable. Très joli cadre aux decorations soignées. La cuisine est d'excellente qualité. Pour un 5* on purrait s'attendre à ce que certaines boissons du mini-bar dans la chambre soient gratuites. |

Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter. Ruhig. Perfekte Lage. Toller Blick von der Dachterrasse. Frühstücksbuffet eher 4- als 5-Sterne. Viel zu auter Brunnen im Resturantbereich. |

L'hôtel est charmant, bien situé et très bien équipé. Notre suite était belle et spacieuse. Bonne literie. dans la chambre, il y a un i-pod pour écouter de la musique (256 musiques enregistrées et des CD à louer à profusion) D'où le bonheur de revenir le soir et se délasser sur un air de Miles Davis. Et le top du top : un accès internet dans la chambre. 2 points faibles : le petit-déj : je n'ai pas aimé le goût du lait et la façon de faire les oeufs brouillés, plus proche de l'omelette. Enfin rien de rédhibitoire d'autant que la salle est agréable et le personnel avenant. Sinon, ds la chambre : la lumière passait en haut des double-rideaux, de sorte que nous étions réveillés tôt... |
