some staff were helpful, but not all. The price was very reasonable for the service level. The location was also reasonable for the price. Rooms were clean and well serviced. It was reasonably quiet and quite warm. Basic breakfast was reasonable for the price. Some staff were unhelpful. Only public transport link to centre was via a tram service that was undergoing repair. Trip was slow and difficult with luggage. It was quicker to walk the 4km to city centre. Staff could have made more effort to organise transport particularly for airport. Restaurant had dirty tablecloths and uninviting. |

We were very very dissappointed in this hotel, we decided on the botel as we thought it would be romantic for our honeymoon however we arrived to find twin beds that were like something you wold find in a prison cell |

good experience to stay in a "botel" for one night. Very small shower. Attitude of hotel stuff. As I had forgot my voucher (even they had my name in their reservation list), she asked like "you didn't bring it or what?". This is not so nice to hear from a receptionist!! |

sehr ruhige Lage, gute Parkmöglichkeiten Der Service zum Frühstück war miserabel. Im gesamten Restaurant war genügend zu tun und es ließ sich niemand sehen. |

Moldauufer kein Wlan fürs Internet, sollte heutzutage Standard sein. Tische und Tischdecken waren nicht sauber, wurden auch nicht gewechselt. |

Personalets hjælpsomhed Bedre dyner og hovedpuder, de er muligvis fyldt med andefjer, men man skulle nok have plukket ænderne først :-) De er simpelthen alt for varme når temperaturen er oppe på 22-23 grader om natten |

Lage, dem tourismuszweck angepasst Duschablauf sah schon eigenartig aus / Sauberkeit im Zimmer, z.B. Mückenreste an den Wänden / Teppichboden von Vornutzern stark befleckt / musste sofort bezahlen, obwohl meine Eltern dieses übernehmen wollten, die ca. 15 Minuten später kamen (man kam sich wie ein Zechpreller vor) Das war in den Vorjahren nicht so!!! Wahrscheinlich hat man sehr schlechte Erfahrungen gemacht! |

nähe zur Stadt, gegenüber Schwimmbad und Schwimmhalle - sollte erwähnt werden, kein Obst zum Frühstück nicht mal Apfel oder so - Käsesorten könnten sich mal abwechseln.. |

Lo staff parlava inglese quindi non ci sono stati problemi di comunicazione. Il cambio degli asciugamani avviene giornalmente e l'atmosfera era molto piacevole e romantica. Spesso i cigni nuotavano sotto la nostra finestra. La colazione non offriva molta possibilità di variare, ma è comunque abbondante e prevede sia dolce sia salato. |
