The Comfort Inn Royal is centrally located near the Main Square of Zurich, offering an ideal location for tourists as well as business travellers.

The hotel offers cosy rooms equipped with many amenities. They afford a panoramic view over the town and the Üetliberg mountain. The hotel also serves a champagne breakfast buffet. Other facilities include a lobby lounge with a complimentary tea/coffee bar and international newspapers.

A shuttle bus goes to/from the airport every 30 minutes. The hotel is 5-minute uphill walk from the main train station and the bus terminal.

Better Air Conditioning (AC) needed. Now room was too noisy (not possible to sleep), or too hot if without AC.

The room wAS ubearably hot; the cooling/heating system was useless; while I like your hotel unless this system is improved I would not stay again; I would go to a more expensive hotel to be more comfortable.

Kaffe vom Frühstücksbuffet war sehr gut.

Im "frisch" geputzten Badezimmer waren an den Fließen überall, gleichmäßig Haare von dem Vorgänger (oder vielleicht Vorvorgänger?) verteilt. Matratze sehr hart. Beide Nachttischlampen haben nicht funktioniert. In der Minibar waren die Nachos 3 Wochen und der Granini Tomatensaft bereits 7 Monate abgelaufen. Das Hotel ist sehr hellhörig und laut.
